OncoGenex Pharmaceuticals (OGXI) says that CFO Michelle Burris has resigned that position after she and CEO Scott Cormack told the board last month about a developing personal relationship, which spurred directors to seek a transfer of executive duties. She'll serve as EVP of operations until March 31 and act as a consultant to the firm over the next year; the board tapped Cormack as Principal Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer, replacing Burris in those roles. Shares -3.4% AH.
