Micron (MU) -0.8% AH after announcing a $440M debt refinancing move. The memory maker plans to issue convertible senior notes due 2033, and use the proceeds to repurchase a portion of its 1.875% convertible senior notes due 2014. Micron, which is using debt to help finance the Elpida acquisition, had $3.4B in debt on its balance sheet as of Nov. 28 to go with $3.2B in cash and investments.
