Pepsi (PEP -0.5%) agrees to purchase its remaining stake in Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods for $3.8B, doubling up its number of billion-dollar Russian investments after paying $1.4B for Lebedyansky in 2008. The company expects the deal to close in mid-September.
