The Bloomberg Consumer Comfort Index improves for the first time in several weeks, rising to -36.3 from -37.5 previously. Notably, the CCI among the lowest earners (< $15K) has now risen to a level equal with its long-term average. For those earning from $15K-$50K, the index remains far below the long-term average.
