Warner Music Group buys EMI Assets for $765M in a deal which brings the rights to songs by Coldplay, Duran Duran, the Beach Boys, and Pink Floyd under its umbrella. Regulators mandated a sale take place as part of Universal Music Group's (VIVHY.PK) takeover of EMI Group.
