Crunching the numbers on McDonald's (MCD +0.7%): With January global sales in the books, Hedgeye's Howard Penney notes the restaurant operator needs to make up close to 100 bps of revenue growth in February and March to meet Q1 consensus estimates. That's a tough row to hoe, but Jefferies' Andy Barish has an even bigger concern. If "arrows" is code for new menu products that's a problem. The McDonald's kitchens are completely dysfunctional because of the complexity of the menu and a decade long effort to be all things to all people.
