Bought 33000 shares at $4.97 to $8. May add to my position as they will be $30-$40 in 3 years when they begin paying dividends.

Never lost faith in the concept behind ACAS. I bought 500 shares as a speculation for $3.68 a stub back in 2009 and then, after allowing the wash sale to expire, sold the 500 shares i had previously in order to take the capital loss (rather substantial). I bought 500 more earlier this year at 8 and may do some more. Where else do you get a 30%+ discount on a healthy company?

I bought a bunch at 99 cents in 2009. I'm very happy with those. I wish I'd bought more. Still seems like a bargain. A healthy, growing company, with smart management, still buying up shares at well below NAV every quarter, and still growing nicely. When the NOLs are used up and the shares reach NAV, look for nice dividends to follow. This should make for a nice retirement asset.
