Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMY) licenses the rights to sell several of its top-selling medicines in Latin America to Reckitt Benckiser (RBGPY.PK) for $482M. Under the deal, the British company will be able to sell the medicines in countries such as Brazil and Mexico, and it has an option to acquire the brands outright after three years. (PR)
