Showing once again it's not squeamish about borrowing from Apple (AAPL), Microsoft (MSFT) plans to open 75 U.S. retail stores in the next 2-3 years that will stock PCs, software, Xbox 360s, Windows Phones, and media players. Currently, Microsoft has just 11 U.S. stores.
