Comcast's (CMCSA) $16.7B acquisition, plus its $1.4B purchase of 30 Rockefeller Plaza, plus $2B in share buybacks, plus a 20% dividend hike which could cost ~$320M/year, is more than enough to burn through $7.9B in free-cash flow it earned for 2012. But CEO Brian Roberts says its balance sheet means the deal isn’t a “big risk." Shareholders don't seem worried; shares +6.5% AH.
