Harvest Natural Resources (HNR +4%) shares are up on comments from Venezuela's oil minister that a proposed asset sale is still being evaluated. Last year, HNR said it wanted to sell its Venezuelan interests to Indonesia's Pertamina Persero. The oil minister says the sale has been delayed because some of the reserves still belong to Venezuela but the parties know what's needed to get state approval.
