Great! We'll get a nice pullback so I can load up the truck on this stock more than I already have. The dividend is puny, as we know. It will eventually rise to a nice level... admittedly years from now.

I'm in it to win it, and all these billion-dollar brands will eventually prove supremely worthwhile as time marches on. This INTL version of the old KFT will eventually be like PM compared to MO.

Too much is made of quarterly earnings. That's what traders do. Just look at all their brands and make a long-term decision to buy (or not) this stock. The brands speak for themselves, and if you have a long-term view of the markets, this pullback will become a screaming buy.

    Disclosure: Long MDLZ

Agreed, this is a very solid stock and if you are there for the long term you will be rewarded. I don't think the pull back is huge enough to jump at it, though. Maybe keep some cash in case some other more compelling opportunity arises.

I took advatage of the London Whale scandal with JPM and it was a very good move. Same with NSC. These were huge pullbacks and almost obviously unjustified.
