Agnico-Eagle (AEM -0.5%) CEO Sean Boyd sees 2013 as "a building year" ahead of the expected 2014 restart of the idled Goldex mine in Quebec and startup of a Mexican mine. But AEM's cash costs, as in much of the industry, point higher; they're forecast to rise 9%-17% in 2013 to $700-$750/oz. Gold production is projected to decline ~3% from 2012's record output of 1.04M oz. (Q4 report)
