Ruckus Wireless (RKUS -11.1%) is falling hard again; shares are down 20% since the company delivered a Q4 beat and in-line Q1 guidance on Tuesday. On its earnings call, Ruckus did note it expects its 2013 profits to be affected some by sales/R&D investments, but struck an upbeat tone about demand. Rival Cisco bragged on its call service provider Wi-Fi hardware sales more than doubled Y/Y. Needham downgraded Ruckus to Hold on Wednesday, citing a high valuation (7x 2014E EV/sales).
