Microsoft (MSFT) roundup: 1) Telegeography estimates international call traffic between Skype users rose 44% in 2012 to 167B minutes, and made up 34% of total international traffic. The report comes as Skype adds support for recorded video messages. 2) NPD estimates U.S. Xbox sales totaled 281K in January, giving it a 44% share. However, total console sales are estimated to have fallen an adjusted 17% Y/Y. 3) Comments from CFO Peter Klein suggest smaller and larger Windows tablets will arrive; given the competitive environment, OEM partners could definitely use them.
