Natural gas elbowing out dirtier coal power isn't the only reason U.S. carbon emissions are plummeting, a new analysis says; wind and biomass/biofuels deserve even more of the credit. But the authors worry the emissions decline won't continue, seeing coal taking back some of its market share in the years ahead with natural gas prices starting to rise again.
