Shares of Diamond Offshore Drilling (DO -3.9%) falter after the firm just misses Q2 estimates, hitting $1.91 EPS vs. $1.92 consensus. Executives say the firm had more work stoppages this month on its deepwater rigs, but in the past 45 days has also added 10 new agreements worth $1B in revenue.

    This is so stupid. The company misses by a penny and is obviously expanding into the future and the stock drops 4%? I don't own this stock, but this over reaction caused an over reaction from me, I guess.
