Total (TOT +3%) says it should be exempt from an Indonesian central bank restriction on sending earnings back to the company's home country, believing companies operating under production-sharing contracts with the Indonesian government shouldn't be treated the same as other exporters. TOT doesn't say what steps it is considering over the regulation.
