With First Majestic (AG) out of the way, Coeur d'Alene (CDE) confirms a definitive agreement to acquire Orko Silver (OKOFF.PK) in a deal with a total value of ~C$350M. CDE -4.1%, AG +3.8% premarket.

    from a reverse stock split to todays current price cde has been a comlete looser. They should consontrate with there holdings in Idaho.

    P.S. CDE was $1.38/13.80 on May 27, 2008, date of the 1 for 10 reverse split. It was $36.69 on April 4, 2011, an increase of over 250% in fewer than three years. Not really so bad. Why didn't you sell then? Informed investors understand that precious metal companies are subject to the swings of the metals markets. Their managers plan for the long term. The Orko acquisition will make this Company a great deal of money.

    there holdings are the lucky friday mine, Back in the 1980 there stock was in the mid thirty before the reverse split. I hope i will still be around to see the opening of this new take over of Orka mine.
