The FRBNY unveils a pilot program to expand the list of firms with which it trades to 26 from the current 21 so-called primary dealers. It's part of an effort to include smaller firms in the business, not to mention widen the central bank's involvement in the financial markets.

    Great idea. While continuing to screw the middle class lets add a new list on bankers to help out.
