IBM (IBM) has unveiled its "MobileFirst" strategy, whereby it's offering products for security, device management, analytics and application development. The company intends to double its spending on mobile technology in 2013, not including acquisitions, with CEO Ginni Rometty giving the strategy as high a priority as cloud and data analysis. IBM is also expanding its partnership with AT&T (T) to provide developers tools to create mobile apps.
