Solar stocks are taking a breather (TAN -4%) amidst reports the EU and China are nearing a solar trade war.  With China in the midst of a leadership transition and commerce minister Chen Deming expected to step down, EU officials assert "there is no clarity on what the new leadership thinks about trade." The EU has launched an investigation of anti-dumping complaints levied at Chinese module makers, and China has responded with an investigation of EU polysilicon vendors. YGE -7.9%. CSIQ -7.5%.
