    "should lead.".......if the appraisal comes in okay...if they can come up with the downpayment.....If they have the incomes and assets to get the loan....tough for a lot of people

Unemployment...Off-sho... of jobs...Wealth gap (hollowing out the middle class)...etc.? And more importantly, do you think it can be fixed or is it too late? If it's too late, I think you are right and precious metals may be the place to be...
