    Not a surprise. None of the agency RMBS mREITs covered the dividend with spread income only. But ARR is more highly levered and less sophisticated than the other players.

    Agree. ARR is well managed.
    Divi has its up & down.
    Still beats other divi stocks.

    Net Interest Spread declined from 1.82% to 1.55% and CPR crept up from 13% to 14%. Not terrible, bit I'll wait for next qtr results before considering getting back in.

    If 2Q earnings drop to $ 0.06 I'm out.
    Made some nice money on this one in the past 12 months.
    If I dump it at $ 6.50 break even + some great
    monthly dividens.
