Looking to offer mobile developer tools that presumably can be used to build apps optimized for its processors, Intel (INTC) has acquired "tools and related staff" from HTML5 app developer appMobi, ReadWriteWeb reports. Intel isn't alone in trying to create a developer ecosystem for its mobile processors - Qualcomm is doing the same for its Snapdragon line, and Nvidia for its Tegra chips.
