BP retains its A2 credit rating from Moody's despite lingering financial uncertainty until the size of liabilities arising from the Deepwater Horizon disaster are known. The ratings agency says BP has headroom of ~$14B after tax credits to cover Clean Water Act fines as well as other claims and litigation costs that aren't payable from its $20B trust fund. BP -1.3% premarket.
