Deutsche sees Calpine (NYSE:CPN) facing some challenges after the firm lost a short-term source of incremental cash with the unsuccessful auction of two of its gas plants, and lowered guidance on FY11 EBITDA and free cash flow. Deutsche maintains a Hold rating "given only modest near-term fundamental upside."
