Kulicke & Soffa (KLIC) posts a solid FQ3, easily beating estimates. Revenue was +44% Y/Y, with strong demand from its Ball and Wedge bonder equipment lines.  However, the company reduces guidance for FQ4, citing weak demand. It now expects revenue of around $155M, below expectations of $211M. Shares -2.8% premarket.
