The Swiss National Bank cuts its three-month Libor interbank rate to 0-0.25% from 0-0.75% and says it will increase the supply of francs as the bank attempts to stem the rise of the currency. The medicine works for now, and the franc falls 2.1% vs. the euro and 1.5% vs. the dollar. (PR)
