More on Dollar Tree's (DLTR) Q4: Comparable store sales increased 2.4% for the period with a higher average basket size driving the gain. A cut in costs helped the company improve its operating margin rate by 70 bps to 16.2%. The retailer sees comparable sales rising in the low single digits in FY13 and sets it guidance for full-year EPS of $2.54-$2.74 and Q1 EPS of $0.53-$0.58. DLTR +2.2% premarket. (PR)
