The plummet in Treasury yields has brought the 10 year all the way down to 2.47%. Sound familiar? That's the yield it was at when Ben Bernanke unleashed the idea of QEII at Jackson Hole last August. Quite a round trip since then. The Fed meets on Tuesday. TLT +9% in a week.
