The U.S. mortgage delinquency rate declined to 7.03% in January, down 2% M/M, down 8.4% Y/Y (a "normal" rate is 4.5%-5%), according to LPS. Those loans in the foreclosure process fell to 3.41% from 3.44%. (PR)
