HLF is up 7% today and 17% in the last three days. Icahn is starting to tighten the noose and Ackman is starting to run out of time. Even if Ackman decides to stay put, other shorts are bound to blink and close their positions adding to the upside pressure.

Add to Ackman's growing problem a $180 million loss in JCP today and you'll start to paint a bleak picture. Not a good day for him, at all.

I luv it... Ackman tried to play the market in his favor by announcing he was short HLF...knowning lemmings would soon follow...and he could recover the JCP losses....all this back in December......he tried to manipulate the market with a bear raid on HLF....his day of reckoning is here......he f****** with the wrong guy in Icahn.....Ackman is going out on a stretcher.....Icahn will stake his fortune on it

Carl doesn't have to sell...they other shorts will simply cover realizing price is going higher and/or....this protracted battle is going to tie up thier capital forever......Carl has all the time in the world... this stake is peanuts to him...Ackman is bleeding on both some point the time window shuts Ackman into a sell position....Remember Carl is playing with his money..... Ackman has share holders to answer to
