Goldman's Craig Hettenbach is downgrading IT products distributor Arrow Electronics (ARW -5.1%) to Neutral, citing weak demand for IT supply chain companies in general. Hettenbach is also slashing estimates and targets for 14 other companies, including rivals AVT and IM, and contract manufacturers JBL, FLEX, and SANM. (ARW Q2)
