Market recap: Stocks rebounded from sizable early losses to close with small gains. The ISM report beat expectations, rising to its highest level since June 2011 and Consumer Sentiment gained. Apple carved out a new 52-week low, as David Einhorn drops his suit and the company has its patent infringement award against Samsung cut nearly in half. WTI crude oil touched its lowest point of the year, but gasoline prices didn't follow, allowing continued gains for the refiners.
