Customer service outsourcing firm Sykes Enterprises (SYKE) falls 27.8% after reporting Q2 revenue of $309.9M (+7% Y/Y) and EPS of $0.29, compared with a consensus of $307.8M and $0.33. Citing "sluggish demand forecasts from clients," Sykes expects 2011 revenue of $1.22B-$1.23B and EPS of $1.19-$1.24, below a consensus of $1.24B and $1.49.
