"Get used to slower Chinese growth," Michael Pettis writes in a WSJ op-ed. While pundits concede growth will slow to 6-7% in coming years, Pettis believes decreasing overseas demand and shrinking domestic infrastructure spending could shave Chinese growth to half that level.

    But we are now growing from a larger base and the quantity of items purchased are larger, even with a smaller percentage growth.
