Goldman Sachs' (GS) legal headaches continue to mount, with the bank facing several lawsuits over mortgage-backed securities. These include from AIG (AIG), Manulife (MFC) and Allstate (ALL), as well as from the National Credit Union Administration. Goldman also faces a bribery probe by the SEC.

    Bribery charges against Goldman Sachs. The "best of the best" in the financial world should know better than to bribe folks.
    Mounting legal troubles for a company that deserves them for not playing by the rules.
    Only significant fines and some of the "best" going to jail will stop GS from operating in such a manner.
    A sad state of affairs for a company that seemingly doesn't learn from past troubles.
