Monster Beverage (MNST -1.8%) says a study by a group of physicians tasked to analyze the death of a teenager found no relation of her death to the consumption of energy drinks. The company looks likely to prevail in a lawsuit filed by the deceased's family since the amount of caffeine consumed in the case - two Monster drinks over 24 hours - is well-below the amount contained in two large-sized cups of coffee.
