Tokyo continues to rise on expectations of lots of BOJ money printing, while European stocks enjoy a strong start to the day. Japan +0.3%, Hong Kong +0.1%, China +2.3%, India +1.3%. EU Stoxx 50 +1.6%, London +0.9%, Paris +1.5%, Frankfurt +1.6%, Italy +1.9%, Spain +1.2%.
