Samsung's (SSNLF.PK) Galaxy S IV is coming into focus. EVLeaks, a pretty reputable source of gadget scoops, reports the device will have a 5" 1080p OLED display, a 13MP camera, and 2GB of RAM (generally in-line with past rumors). Meanwhile, the NYT reports the S IV, set to be unveiled on March 14, will feature the ability to "track a user’s eyes to determine where to scroll." Possible/likely suppliers: PANL, MXIM, SWKS, ADNC. QCOM might supply a Snaprdragon processor for the U.S. version, but Samsung's Exynos Octa appears to power the international version.
