Pandora's (P +1.5%) audience data will now be automatically available on the 3 top media-buying platforms: STRATA, Donovan, and Mediabank. The deals could boost demand for Pandora's ads among traditional radio ad buyers that have thus far been slow to embrace Web radio. Though Pandora claims an 8.03% share of U.S. radio listening time, the company has less than a 3% share of a $14B U.S. radio ad market. FQ4 results arrive on Thursday. (previous)

Interesting market reaction to this news today (-1.6%). Perhaps there's an understanding that with the service trending to ~80% mobile listening (http://on.wsj.com/10c7Fhf), making yourself more available to ad buyers "slow to embrace web radio" is addressing yesterday's problem.
