speculation is killing this stock. Stop speculating and look at facts only. did the company turn a profit year over year? Are there deals on the table which put cash into the working accounts? Are the FACTS overall positive.
Answer these questions and everyone has goof reason to go long on MJNA

You can pick and choose the facts you wish to present. The bottom line is that the marijuana field is in it's infant stage. Mjna is one of the many co.'s that hope to take advantage of it. We hope, just like with cell phones, that we are gambling on the right company. Trying to battle the day traders, we who are long term are hoping our guess is the correct one.

Oregon, Maine and Maryland all recently introduced legislation to legalize adult use of marijuana. Congress has re-introduced legislation to protect state authorized medical marijuana patients from federal prosecution. Although it is clear that the "times they are a-changin," it is not clear which marijuana stocks will survive and which will go up in smoke. :) There are going to some big winners in this sector and as many investors have noted, it is going to be a bumpy ride.

I do not question that cannabis has a significant future for legal use in the US. However, I see lots to be concerned about in this company. Questionable financial activities, what appears to be "hyping", lack of certified auditing, etc. I will stay on the sidelines until I see either evidence that the company is legit or a truly legit company comes along. I may miss an opportunity for early profit making but, if it is truly one of the companies to succeed, there is a long term profit to be made joining in at 2 to 3 dollars a share.

I have to agree this is a long haul 5 year prop. Buy when they are cheap and new, then hold them. This is stuff. But in the last 40 years I am not aware of anybody loosing money on weed. MJNA.PK has a well rounded model. The thief and thug expose that was on Seeking Alpha about MJNA could describe a lot of fortune 500 Companies if you dig.

It seems it would be in the company's interest to be a little more open and forthright about all the internal dealings and massive amounts of new shares issued IF they really are legit and a worthy investment.

If it looks like a skunk and smells.........

Well I believe that MJNA will get the $35 million. I expect the stock to retouch .20 cents in the near future. Something's are best left alone. Long term I believe MJNA will touch $1.00 ; $5.00; $10.00; $15.00; but that could be 5 years from now. So everybody seems to be giving the day trader a hard time. Maybe the day trader has the smartest way to play MJNA; at least for the near future.
