After-hours movers following the Fed Stress Tests: Citigroup (C +2.5%) is the biggest gainer after looking like it's the most overcapitalized of the large banks with a 8.3% common ratio. BAC +0.8%. GS -0.7%, MS -1% after both just squeaked over the 5% bar. There's not a lot of movement in the rest of the banks.

Mr. Buffett told you sometime ago that BAC capital was fine. He also said this week that Berkshire will hold the warrants to their full term. Stick with BAC and BRK.

I kind of recall that Buffet money is worth so much more than mine. As a long time holder of BAC I would have jumped at the 9% preferred that he got & I couldn't. Even some warrants would have warmed me on South Florida winter nights !

There are plenty of BAC warrants and they are still getting dumped in the market. The B Tarp warrants had some increase yesterday but still lags the stock's performance. Barely 200 days ago a scathing analysis was published here on SA saying they were over valued. That has now drastically changed. They are now trading above the 200 and 20 day average. They have formed a more solid bottom and the value should increase with the stock hitting new highs. There are rants that BAC will go into the 30's within 3 years. The warrants don't expire until 2018.
