    See?? Ban shorts and this is what you get. There is no way possible to stop the selling of a security. But, since everyones an expert on the market, go ahead, sell me some BS.

    Having banned short selling, there is no now safetynet for these securities.... a short seller would have made a profit, and wanting to lock that in, he would cover his/her short by buying the security, slowing the fall... Since that's been removed, the security is on it's on. It is therefor disingenuous to halt trading after gaving banned short selling.
