Exterran Partners (EXLP) agrees to buy assets from Exterran Holdings (EXH) for $174M in stock in a deal that puts EXLP on track to eventually eliminate its need for cost cap contributions from EXH. EXLP will give EXH, which owns an equity interest in the partnership and all of the general partner interest, ~7.1M common units and ~145K general partner units.
