The launch of a revamped SimCity hasn't exactly gone the way Electronic Arts (EA) planned. With EA's servers suffering huge connectivity issues (a user needs to access them to play the game), Amazon temporarily stopped accepting digital orders - disgruntled customers have given the game a rating of 1 out of 5 stars - and EA has asked partners to suspend marketing. EA says it's adding more servers, but refuses to provide refunds. Before the server mayhem commenced, reviews were mostly positive.
