Starbucks (SBUX), Time Warner (TWX) and LabCorp (LH) are among dozens of companies attempting to block decisions by the National Labor Relations Board following a court ruling in January that found President Barack Obama's board appointments to be unconstitutional. Argued? The court said the appointments were unconstitutional so any rulings are unconstitutional. Bottom-line is Obama is an imperial president which means he doesn't care what the law or the courts say. He will continue to play catch me if you can.
