Amtech Systems (ASYS -3.5%) may be suffering from a bit of "buyback fatigue" this morning, popping at the open after its board approves a plan to repurchase around $5M in common shares, only to sell-off with the broader market.

    Anything solar is getting clobbered right now. Pricing power at all points up and down the supply chain has been absolutely destroyed, and you're seeing the quiet implosion of what was a relatively quiet bubble. ASYS has been way oversold, however.
