Underwriter coverage day hasn't been too kind to Xoom (XOOM -3.7%): though the online money transfer service has received 3 bullish ratings to go with a sole neutral one (from Raymond James), shares are nonetheless lower. Needham and Baird both forecast 25%-30% growth in the coming years to go with solid margin expansion, as the company continues to grab share from incumbents Western Union and MoneyGram. Xoom trades at a healthy 9.2x 2012 sales. (IPO day jump)
